US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship all orders via UPS to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We do not ship internationally.
RETURNS
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RMS Woods. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us right away and we will make it right.
